Lizard Blanks Limited One-Year Warranty
Lizard Blanks LLC warrants that its first-quality resin casting molds and accessories are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, when used under normal and intended conditions.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during the warranty period and are verified by Lizard Blanks.
At our discretion, an eligible product will be repaired or replaced.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply to:

Bargain Den molds, which are sold as-is

Damage resulting from misuse, improper use, accidents, neglect, or normal wear and tear

Products that have been disassembled, modified, or tampered with, except as noted below

Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers
Clarification: Removing the Wing Nut Cap does not constitute disassembly, provided the screw bolts have not been altered and the mold has not been damaged.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for warranty service:

The product must have been purchased directly from Lizard Blanks or from an authorized reseller

Proof of purchase is required

For purchases made directly from Lizard Blanks, we may validate the purchase using our sales records

The warranty claim must be initiated within one (1) year of the original purchase date

Clear photos of the defect or damage must be provided for evaluation
How to Initiate a Warranty Claim
Email Sales@LizardBlanks.com to initiate a warranty claim. Please include:

Approximate date of purchase

Name of the individual who placed the order

Item in question
-
Description of the issue

Clear photos of the defect or damage
Important:

Do not return a product without prior authorization.

Do not return the product to the reseller. All warranty claims are handled directly by Lizard Blanks.
If a return is approved under our warranty policy:

Lizard Blanks will provide a prepaid return shipping label and further instructions

Items must be returned in the original shipping carton, when possible
-
If the original carton is excessively large, please coordinate packaging details with us prior to shipment
Return & Exchange Policy (Non-Warranty)
This policy applies to purchases made directly from Lizard Blanks. Products purchased from authorized retailers must be returned to the original retailer and are subject to that retailer’s return policies.
Non-Warranty Returns & Exchanges

Return or exchange requests must be made within five (5) business days of delivery
Condition

Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping

For exchanges, the customer is also responsible for replacement shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee applies to all non-warranty returns and exchanges
Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase directly from Lizard Blanks is required

Purchases may be verified using our sales records

Refunds (when applicable)

Refund amount: Original purchase price minus shipping charges and the 10% restocking fee

Refund method: Issued to the original payment method

Lizard Blanks reserves the right to approve or deny any return or exchange request.

Price Adjustments
Lizard Blanks does not offer price adjustments for products that go on sale after purchase.
